Dennis D'Antona, President
 
Dennis D'Antona founded EagleWing Consulting (EWC) to assist companies with the implementation of information technology to improve their business performance.
 
Mr. D'Antona's background includes over twenty years of experience working in both the private and public sectors implementing business applications and technical infrastructures. His technical and managerial education includes an undergraduate degree in systems engineering from Boston University, a master's degrees in business administration from Babson College and a master's degree in public administration from Northeastern University.
 
Implementation and support efforts directed and performed by Mr. D'Antona have resulted in performance improvements in customer satisfaction, enhanced revenue opportunities, and increased venture capital funding, as well as process efficiencies that reduced operating costs and process times and addressed data inaccuracies. Recently Mr. D'Antona has focused on the implementation of program management office and project management best practices for leading companies in the biotech, financial services, consumer products and software development industries.
 
He has applied his knowledge of information technology to numerous business applications and is skilled in business planning, sales and marketing, eCommerce, finance, manufacturing, distribution, human resources and engineering applications. In addition, Mr. D'Antona has designed and developed Internet, work flow and decision support systems.
 
In recent years, Mr. D'Antona has been an adjunct professor at the University of Massachusetts, the University of Phoenix and Nichols College. He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in technology, marketing, ecommerce, entrepreneurship, international business development and business management. In addition, he has developed and taught professional workshops in business analysis, ecommerce, project management and business process re-engineering.

Walter Earley, Business Development Director
 
Walter Earley joined EagleWing Consulting to promote the company's product and service offerings by working with existing clients and prospects to determine how EWC can best meet their near term and long term objectives.
 
Mr. Earley has more than 20 years experience in the computer industry, working in the area of software product development. He has worked on numerous software product development projects for technology companies including Data General and Sun Microsystems. In addition to software product development, Mr. Earley has held key positions in the areas of product training, customer service support and software quality assurance.
 
Experienced in the sales, marketing and promotion of software and hardware products, Mr. Earley is able to assist EWC clients in defining processes and implementing services to expedite product development and product launches. In addition, Mr. Earley has been involved in the development and execution of industrial trade show presentations and has written articles for publication in trade magazines.
